It’s not uncommon to see fans from across Western New York flocking to Delaware Park hoping to catch a glimpse of Paul performing his signature “Welker Shuffle” move. (Most leave shortly thereafter after having seen about 12.) Paul’s known not only for the Shuffle, but also for his uncanny ability to play a good game after an all night bender – if you see him out the night prior to a game, the team encourages you to buy him a drink. And remember folks, during the winter we play on both Tuesdays and Thursdays!!

By the man himself:

Otherwise known as the creator of the “Welker Shuffle” and the bearer of #23. Paul brings his quiet passion, but surgically precise passing skills, to the BSC Int club every game. One of the longest term members of the team he still makes sure his presence is felt on the pitch with every cap. #23 demonstrates a strong sense of the field and uses his passing skills to help control play when placed in the midfield. Occasionally, his awareness is also used for forward or defensive positions when the team is stretched to the bench. Besides this he has also been sparingly placed in goal where you probably won’t find him.
